Hey it's me is a concept created by a talented 17 year old boy. The app's mission is to help young people (teens) to deal with social pressures. Teenagers can access the app anonymously and seek advice and/or chat with registered counselors. They are able to personalise the look and feel, create their own avatars and be part of a community that is helping a very real growing issue in our nowaday society. Never alone.
