Approach

Epoq was created with a clear vision:
to become the studio of choice for anyone trying to create positive change.

Circular Design

We create conscious design to help clients make a positive impact. Above all, we believe sustainable and circular design is common-sense and everything we create should be kind to our planet and should aim to be a long lasting solution.

Sustainable and Circular Design is smart, creative and enduring. We want to inspire change and use minimum resources for maximum exposure. Sustainability and circular design is alive in each aspect of our design process.

WHAT IS THINK* CIRCULAR?

A set of guidelines and checklists set by Epoq to continue with the commitment towards sustainability and circular design in this time of climate crisis.

WHY? So we can help businesses have a positive impact and come up with solutions that will not only be invaluable for people but will also be regenerative for our world and give a competitive advantage to businesses.

CARBON NEUTRALITY Measure, reduce & offset

We believe in the importance of our business being carbon-neutral. For this reason, we measure our CO2 emissions on a monthly basis, work on a long-term plan to keep reducing and offset the CO2 that can not be reduced.

OUR SUSTAINABLE PROCESS: Checklists

We adhere to a rigorous eco-design process within the design thinking methodology. A set of checklists makes sure that everything that comes out of our studio has been carefully thought from a sustainable perspective. We look into: Sustainable Communication, Environmentally Responsible Paper and Environmentally Responsible Printing.

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY: Our people

We think diversity is key to creating the best results, and that is why we collaborate with people from different backgrounds, specialities and points of view. We have a real interest in projects which are in some way related to social responsibility. Our main goal is to create a positive impact in today’s society.

AGILE TEAM: Our model

In order to follow a sustainable model, we partner with freelancers and specialists essential to the project. There is a working from home policy, we believe in flexibility and the importance of personal time and space so our timetables and locations reflect this belief. Wherever we are working—be the Studio or the Café—we always try and find renewable sources of energy.

“The linear economy is a straight line, no matter how efficient you make it. You're still consuming materials.”
